Warranty and Service
All Bluefilters water purification systems have warranty service.
The warranty service includes free removal of any technical problems on the manufacturer’s fault – in normal use of the products according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Make sure to carefully read the instructions and conditions of validity of the warranty before use. The warranty period may vary from 6 months to 5 years, depending on the type of system and filters. Servicing and installation of all products is carried out by authorized technicians and distributors.
Warranty for our NEWLINE domestic water purification systems.
Warranty does not cover consumables, cartridges and separate components. Their lifetime is determined by the resource listed on the label. The guarantee only applies to systems installed and serviced by Bluefilters or our authorized technicians and distributors. The manufacturer does not carry any responsibility for improper use of filters, and the possible consequences in case of:
– Damage in the product surface;
– Improperly installed and/or connected filters;
– Temperature and pressure in water mains exceed the maximum allowed by the manufacturer;
– Filters are used for other purposes (e.g. filtering hot water or corrosive liquids);
– Filters and supplies have run out their resource, specified by the manufacturer.
– Damage from unstable power supply
